Avert the sun
The best beauty secret lies in sunblock; therefore, avoid the sun at all costs with a good bottle of SPF. While there may not be a sunscreen that gives you total protection, a bottle with SPF of at least 15 blocks UVB and UVA rays, which is enough to get you through the day.
A lifetime of unprotected sun exposure can cause age spots, wrinkles, and – not to mention, marionette lines around the mouth, leading to smiles that are more sunken. For such matters, dermatologists might recommend getting lip fillers or Botox to plump the skin and temporarily remove wrinkles.
On the other hand, if you want to avoid wrinkles or uneven skin discoloration, don't skip the sunscreen, whether it's cold or cloudy outside – no excuses.
