Avoid harsh scrubs and exfoliators

A face mask is kept on for a few minutes and then is rinsed or peeled off. Remaining in contact with the skin for five to 15 minutes allows the ingredients to soak into the skin and become fully absorbed. This provides lasting results and can offer many benefits
