We live in polluted environments, and the effects are reflected in every aspect - from food and water to climate changes and high UV radiation that cause sunburns and other skin problems. And people usually don’t take proper care of their skin, forgetting that this is the largest organ of their body.

Hygiene and cosmetics are essential but not enough for keeping it protected from the sun that could be harmful. However, there are multiple solutions on how to keep your skin protected and prevent it from negative UV radiation effects throughout the year, and beat the sunburns successfully.

Sunburns: Skin’s No. 1 Enemy

There’s never enough sun and carefree days at the beach or at your yard while sunbathing, playing volleyball, running in the morning, surfing, or drinking coffee with your friends. Although most of us have this habit of checking the temperature before we get out of the house, and we usually adjust our outfit to this information, we forget to check a more important thing - UV index.
