If you are feeling low in energy or just need a mid-day pick me up, having some ginger on hand can definitely do the trick. Just a couple of drops on a cotton ball, that is then set on your desk or in your car, can really do a lot to revive you and give you some needed energy. You can also try using an oil lamp or diffuser if you want the scent to engulf an entire room.

Something as simple as ginger oil could do the trick as far as giving you a bit of relief from your pain. Adding a few drops of ginger oil to a carrier oil, such as jojoba or coconut oil, and using that to rub into your joints and aching muscles will provide you some ease from your pain.

Those who suffer from conditions like fibromyalgia and arthritis have reported that this oil has helped them tremendously in dealing with their pain and discomfort. This oil mix is also great for massages. Use an oil mixture with ginger in it for improved circulation, mobility and to diminish pain.
