How to apply
For optimal oral health, follow our 3-Step OraMD Optimum Oral Hygiene System:
Flossing: Start with OraMD Floss to clean between your teeth once a day, removing plaque and debris your toothbrush can't reach.
Brushing: Morning and night, wet your toothbrush, add 1-5 drops of OraMD (begin with 1-2 drops and adjust to your comfort level), and brush gently in a circular motion at a 45-degree angle to your gums. Focus on all surfaces of your teeth, and don’t forget to brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath.
Rinsing & Gargling: Mix 1-2 drops of OraMD in an ounce of water for a refreshing mouth rinse twice daily. This step helps reach areas your brush and floss might miss, providing a complete clean.
