After brushing and flossing, rinse off with an antibacterial mouthwash to kill any remaining bacteria in the mouth. Using an antibacterial mouthwash helps to reduce acidity in the mouth, access crevices that are hard to brush in and around the gums and re-mineralize the teeth.
It is important to note using mouthwash does not substitute brushing and flossing but complements these practices.
