A Superfood Natural Oil: Amaranth

Amaranth is a grain that is considered a superfood because of all the benefits it can provide in its many forms. The amount of proteins, vitamins, fats, and minerals within it are comparable to some of the most imperative foods you can digest. Because of its integral makeup, it can be used in a myriad of different ways.
