While we're always thrilled to provide information about impactful and interesting oils that can be used both internally and externally in your daily life, there is a certain variety of oil that doesn't fit either one of those options. There are specific oils that come from various trees and plants that shouldn't be ingested nor used on the skin. Yet they provide a function for the more industrial and craftsman spaces in the world. They are no less important or necessary for these reasons. Rubber seed oil is a perfect example - from a seed that contains a specific quality of rubber that can be used in many ways and doesn't have an inordinate amount of waste potential.

Environmentally Sound

Rubber seed oil has been tested and may potentially balance and improve the innovations done in fuel spaces. This is figured when the amount of the fuel that is burned is weighed against pollutant gas emissions. Petroleum consumption is an issue that many people in the biofuel and environmental spaces take issue with. The components within rubber seeds themselves are much more environmentally sound and friendly, thus making it a great option.

Nontoxic Paints And Varnishes

This type of oil is used a lot in varnishes and paints as it allows the color to have a smooth texture, bind together properly and allow the paint to adhere and properly coat a specific surface. Many specific additives and ingredients that are used in paint can potentially become really toxic and overwhelming to the nose and throat, if inhaled too much. More of the nontoxic paints and varnishes on the market actually use the compounds within the rubber seed oil for these very beneficial purposes.

Darkening Agent

There is a specific darkening agent in rubber seed oil that also makes it a great aid in leather factories. Tanning the leather you often see in a department or specialty store takes hard work and there are a number of ways the color is made darker. One of which is the presence of rubber seed oil. Specific, prolonged exposure to the oil helps to change the leather to a specific shade of tan, brown or black. If you’ve ever wondered how different leather pieces obtain their varying hues, it's likely that rubber seed oil may have something to do with that.

It's important to realize that what comes from the earth doesn't just have health, wellness and beauty benefits. There are many ways that seeds and plants and grains can be used alternatively than we may typically think. That speaks to the vastness and enormity of the earth and all the things that it produces. Unless we do the necessary and extensive digging and testing, something that could positively affect a very important industry in our society may continue to be untapped and go unnoticed. Rubber seed oil is just one example of how the essential oil world and reach is much larger than many can even comprehend.
