Shipping

Within the U.S.

Same day shipping on most orders if ordered by 4pm CST (Mon-Fri) – or by the next business day. If you order on a weekend or holiday, in most cases your order will ship the next business day.

Most domestic (USA) orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) mail unless otherwise indicated, to physical addresses and PO boxes. By default, these orders ship USPS First Class (3-5 business days), but you may also choose Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or Priority Mail Express (next business day delivery for most locations) during checkout at an additional cost.

Shipment Tracking:

Your online account will be updated with a tracking number once we print the postage stamp for your shipment. You can see your tracking number by going into ‘My Account,’ clicking on the order, and looking under ‘Comments.’

NOTE: Once your order ships, the status of your order will display as ‘Complete’ in your account .

Shipping Transit Times:

USA – USPS First Class or FedEx: typically 3-5 business days.
USA – USPS Priority Mail: typically 2-3 business days.
USA – USPS Priority Mail Express: typically the next business day in most cases (some less populated locations may take an extra day).
USA – FedEx: typically 4 business days.

NOTE: a ‘business day’ is defined as a weekday (Monday through Friday) and does not include Federal holidays or any other days that the postal service or company is not in operation.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping and handling costs will vary depending on what products and quantity you order.

If you’d like to know the shipping cost of an order before you buy, simply add the items to your cart and begin the checkout process. Your cart will show the shipping charges for your order before you fill in any payment details.

 

Outside the U.S.

We ship internationally 2-5 times a week, depending on the service requested during checkout. Please note not all shipping methods are available to all countries. 

International orders ship via Federal Express International Mail Service, to physical addresses and PO boxes, unless otherwise indicated. These packages are shipped to your local postal service and then delivered to your address from there.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders being shipped to International destinations, including EU countries, may be subject to Customs VAT and duties. The customer is responsible for paying these fees before delivery can be made.

Shipment Tracking:

For USPS shipments, there is currently no tracking available for purchases outside the US. For FedEx domestic shipments (some of our products ship FedEx), you can see your FedEx tracking number by going into ‘My Account,’ clicking on the order, and looking under ‘Comments.’

NOTE: Once your order ships, the status of your order will display as ‘Complete’ in your account (this applies to both Domestic and International shipments).

Shipping Transit Times:

International Mail Service (delivered by your local postal service): typically 12-14 business days once the order has left the U.S.A.

-Due to the pandemic, these transit times are unable to be guaranteed. Currently, on average, transit times that are currently experienced range between 5-8 weeks, or longer in some instances.

Returns

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our product, you may return any unused product or empty bottles to us for a 100% refund. Please see individual product pages on our site for details on the length of the Guarantee period.

Minimum Advertised Pricing (M.A.P.) Policy

If you purchase a Bundled Pack (such as a 3 pack, 7 pack, Professional Pack, etc.) of any of our products and plan on reselling them, you must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Pricing (M.A.P.) for those items. Our M.A.P. is the retail price we advertise on our websites for single units and packages. In the case of items priced in international currency (for example, OraMD in GBP), refer to the pricing on http://www.oramd.co.uk for our current M.A.P. If we have no advertised price online for your country’s currency, then use the current exchange rate based on our USD price.
