Have you ever noticed feeling unwell or uncomfortable after eating or being exposed to different foods or ingredients? While having that happen now and then can be normal, it might be a red flag if it's happening on a more consistent basis.

Chances are you're familiar with regular allergy testing or even allergy injections. However, there are more in-depth ways to determine allergies or intolerances that will allow you to pinpoint the issue and ideally create a healthier, more comfortable lifestyle as a result. 

For instance, maybe you've been experiencing unpleasant symptoms or reactions to products containing gluten. While dietary changes are typically the first course of action, taking a gluten test could help you understand what's going on inside of your body.

2. Turn Your Tub Into a Whole-Body Treatment

There's no doubt that long, hot soaks in a bathtub are one of the best ways to relax and rejuvenate. But did you know there are ways to turn your typical hot soak into a full-body treatment?
