Common go-tos such as spearmint, green tea, rooibos and matcha pack a punch when it comes to aiding in improvement of everything from hormonal acne and oil control to fading dark spots and fighting bacterial infections. When your workday comes to an end you might love to have a glass of wine or a cocktail. But when you're trying to improve your skin, alcohol isn't going to do you many favors. What's important here is to know your cocktails and choose them wisely.
