Amino acids are necessary for healthy skin - and as they form into chains they become a peptide. These can then further bond creating not only a chain of amino acids but can further form a chain of peptides which becomes a protein.
Using amino peptides allows for easy absorption into the skin and the body, where the full-formed proteins may be too large molecularly to properly cross the skin barrier. Supplements can be used to increase peptides in the body and encourage the formation and creation of necessary proteins such as collagen.
Supplements for increased peptides
There are two ways to get increased peptides to your skin and body, through supplements taken orally and through skin care products. Either way is effective, but they both have different goals.
Supplements taken in pill form or added to powders for drinks and cooking can assist in different areas of the body. They can help to reduce inflammation, help arthritis, boost the immune system, and help lower blood pressure. They can be added to many things but are most often included as protein powder in shakes.
Boost Amino Acids for increased peptides for your skin
Since fully-formed proteins can be large molecules, they may not absorb through the skin easily so are often made into powders for shakes and smoothies. This is done by using a peptide small enough to get through the skin’s barrier and absorb into the skin itself.
For this reason, many skincare products include amino peptides to boost the amino acids in the skin and increase the creation of creatine. Creatine is the protein necessary for keeping skin elasticity feeling firm.
Collagen for increased peptides
By adding collagen and creatine peptides in the skin, the signs of aging can be slowed by increasing elasticity and slowing the formation of wrinkles. Skin will heal faster and the inflammation will decrease allowing damaged skin cells to be repaired and remain strong and healthy. By reducing the damaged skin cells the skin itself remains softer, smoother, healthier, and younger looking.
Melanin and increased peptides for your skin
The added peptides can also affect the creation of melanin, helping to maintain the skin tone and stop sun damage including reducing sun burns. In addition, the added peptide can keep the pores smaller, which in turn will allow less bacteria to enter the pores and thereby stop buildup and bacterial growth and stop acne from forming. This also helps skin remain smooth and hydrated, lessening the damage caused by sun and pollutants in the air.
Amino peptides are small chains of peptides that, when formed together with other peptides, become proteins. As they are smaller than full protein molecules they can be absorbed through the skin and their benefit seen quickly.
Not only do they increase the hydration, elasticity, and the health of the cells, but also slow the formation of wrinkles and puffy or sagging skin. By adding these to skin care they are easily absorbed through the skin and boost the formation of the necessary proteins.
