4. Stay Balanced

If you're able to maintain something close to this balance during the workweek, you'll notice less overwhelm and more sustained energy.

Find ways to rest in the present moment. 

7. Stay Connected

Find companionship online. You may have to go outside your comfort zone, but the effort is worth it. Staying connected with others is associated with health and longevity. 

8. Stay Playful

Make recreation and play a big part of your life; you don't have to be engaged in serious tasks all of the time. In fact, if you take time out to be playful, you'll return to your responsibilities with a fresh sense of energy. Find things to do that you enjoy. The possibilities are endless; there's something for every personality type.
