Cooking may be a favorite process for some of us but sometimes there’s just no time to prepare something tasty and healthy. Hard-working days, university overload, everyday rush – we’ve all been there. Of course, it seems like the most appropriate variant is taking your dish from the refrigerator and unfreezing it in the microwave. And it’s obvious that such products don’t have the needed vitamins and other useful elements.

Don’t worry because we know how to help you. We’ve come up with some delicious, hot, healthy meals you can cook as quickly as possible - and take on a camping trip, for example. And here are some tips on how to pack a cooler for camping. Keep these recipes to cook healthy dishes in 15 minutes or less.

Egg Wraps With Avocado, Tomato, And Bacon

If you’re searching for some healthy meals for breakfast, this is an ideal one! You will need the following items to prepare two portions:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 to 4 bacon strips
  • ½ sliced avocado
  • ½ tomato
  • Grated cheddar cheese

Prepare your pan with the help of a cooking spray and wait till it’s at a medium heat. Mix two eggs in a bowl and then pour ¼ of this mixture into the pan. Cover it and cook for one to three minutes. Flip it and cook for a minute on the other side. Make another half of the mixture in the same way. Then spray your pan again and heat to medium. Put in the bacon and cook until it’s gold and crispy. This process will take around one to two minutes. Put it on a paper towel and remove excess fat drippings. Put the bacon slices on the eggs, add avocado, tomato slices, and grated cheese. Roll up and enjoy!

Chicken Burgers With Avocado And Feta

This dish will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/3 cup feta
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 4 buns

Preheat a pan to a medium/high heat to cook this healthy 15-minute meal. Chop 1 avocado and add it to the bowl filled with chicken, feta, ranch, bread crumbs, and eggs. Mix these ingredients. Use this mixture to create four to five patties. Put them into your pan and cook for three to five minutes on each side. Grill buns for 20 seconds and then put a patty on each. Put a sliced avocado on the top of the patty and add ranch dressing. Your chicken burger is ready!

Cacao And Blueberry Smoothie

You will need just a few minutes to prepare this delicious treat. Here’s the ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 blueberries - you may use fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 5 or 6 ice cubes

Put the ingredients into a blender and mix them until the ice is completely chopped for one of the best healthy and fast breakfast meals.

Peanut Butter Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon of your favorite butter - peanut or almond
  • favorable additions: bananas, chocolate chips, berries

Toast a slice of bread, and then cover it with butter and preferable toppings. The bananas and berries provide a massive energy shot and will help you stay active during the day!
