It might even inspire you to grab your old jump rope and incorporate it into your new exercise regimen. But there's a whole new rope routine that may jump start your metabolism and kick it up to a whole new level. If you're ready to do serious battle with those unwanted pounds, then you need a set of battle ropes. Grab hold and get ready for one of the most high-intensity workouts you've ever had. 

They were originally designed for training in football or mixed martial arts. Then body-building titan and strength world record-holder John Brookfield transformed their use and made them popular in homes and fitness centers around the world. Also called muscle ropes, conditioning ropes, and fitness ropes - by any name you choose, they're powerful enough to whip you into shape.

Typically they're 50 feet long, one-and-a-half inches in diameter, and weigh a whopping 25 pounds; the ones that are a couple of inches in diameter can weigh as much as 50 pounds.

They're affordable and portable. They don't require a gym membership or special skills. All you need is the will to do the work and an anchor - no not a ship anchor.
