As soon as you walk in the door, washing your hands should be the first thing that you do. Thoroughly washing your hands before you start touching things will prevent you from spreading germs. Don’t just do a quick rinse. Running your hands under water for a few seconds doesn’t really clean them. Wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds.
