You want to get into shape. You’re motivated. You’re committed. You bought new fitness clothes, a fun new sports tracker, and sweet new workout kicks. You’re totally going to start, like, first thing tomorrow. Yet…when your alarm goes off? Despite your best intentions, you hit snooze. Ten minutes later, the alarm goes off again - another snooze. You roll over, go back to sleep. You’ll start tomorrow. You’re too tired right now. Tomorrow, though, for sure.
