Hair care doesn’t have to be a difficult process, particularly if you already have a shampoo and conditioner that works for you. The best way to make changes to your hair is by making a few simple changes that will prevent breakages.

Though hair loss and caring for fine brittle hair is sometimes difficult due to hereditary issues, there are a number of procedures such as a hair transplant that can help you to cope. In addition to the procedure, the hair transplant cost is also appealing to a number of people as it can help to resolve a growing insecurity. In this article, we are going to look at five simple steps to help with all-natural hair care.

Remove Sulphates From Your Routine

When washing your hair, it is important to consider the amount of lather that is created by your shampoo and conditioner. If the items used in your routine are full of sulphates, you will see a rich lather that is stripping the hair of natural oils. By removing sulphates from your routine, you are keeping the hair healthy and nourishing the hair and removing the dirt - this is key to the health of the hair as it will not dry it out over time.

Only Brush Once A Day

If you have particularly dry hair that is affected by the weather, it is important to make sure that you are only brushing it once a day. This will help to prevent breakage at the tips of the hair and reduce the appearance of split ends. Though this is only a small change to your daily routine, you are sure to notice a difference over time.

Comb Your Hair When Wet

When your hair is wet, the last thing you should do is brush it. Although this may sound strange, a brush will take any tangles that you have and push them further down the head - this therefore creates large knots and takes longer to detangle in the long term. By using a wide-tooth comb, you can work it through the scalp to create the perfectly smooth hair you desire without any knotting.

Brush When Dry

Once you dry your hair, using a brush is beneficial to style and to manipulate the hair with ease. It is important to use a hairbrush with hard bristles as this will work through the hair rather than glossing over it, thus removing knots more efficiently. Brushes can be expensive but the more you pay for them, the more likely they are to last, making this a worthwhile investment for the health of your hair.

Start At The Bottom And Work Upwards

Another simple step to caring for your hair is to brush from the bottom and work your way up. In doing so you are removing the knots from the tip of the hair and allowing the comb to travel freely down the hair. This is beneficial to the overall health of the hair as the follicle is not being tugged, therefore meaning that you are less likely to experience any form of breakages.

With all this in mind, there are a number of ways that you can benefit from these five simple steps as they all help to care for your hair from root to tip without spending a large sum of money on specific products.  Which will you try first?
